Shipping & Delivery

Shipping to many of the EU countries are already included in our website, including Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxemburg. If you would like to place an order that is not included already, please feel free to contact us. We have years of experience and can even ship to Canada, USA and Australia.

Courier: Your order will be shipped with PostNL. When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can track the delivery.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is of great concern to us. We will never share, distribute or sell your data. We also take care of your online security; we for instance keep our software up-to-date, we can't see your password and our site is daily checked on security breaches.

Returns

Returns works as follows:
You are allowed to return unused and new products within 14 days after receiving the order.

Step 1. Send an email with your order number and a line saying "I want to return my order" to returns@shopformen.nl.
Step 2. Ship the product(s) well packed and in its original packaging to:

Would you like to product to be replace because of a damage, mistake or fault? Please let us know in the email from step 1 and we will happily provide you with a new product.
Shippingcost for returns are for you to pay.

Ordering

We will do our best to make to process of ordering as smooth as can be. However, if you for some reason can't place an order. Please feel free to contact us and we will manually create an order for you. We work with a "live" stock, so when you place an order and the payment went wrong the website might say the product is sold-out. This is not the case, we still have it but it made a reservation for your order.
Ordering on our website is easy, you can find the menu at the top of the page to switch between different categories. Select the product you would like to order and click the shoppingcart or the button which says "add to cart". A pop-up screen will appear which asks you if you would like to go to the shoppingcart or to continue your shopping experience. If you continue shopping, you can find the shoppingcart at the top right corner of your screen at any time. Click it to go to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you will see all the products you have added to your shoppingcart. All the prices are shown and you can request an estimation on the shippingcost on the left bottom corner (not required). On the bottom right corner you can continue to checkout.

In checkout you can fill in the invoice address under step 1. Name&Address and if needed you can also fill in a different shippingaddress. If you would like to provide a different shippingaddress, you click the radiobutton on the bottom left corner which is labeled "ship to this address".You will now see a second formular to fill in for the shippingaddress. at step 2 you will see the shippingcost displayed. At step "3. Payment Method" you can choose the payment method you would like to use. These include Paypal and Banktransfer, among many others. The last step is at the right side of your screen and it is to check your order, after which you can place the order by clicking the big green button labeled "Place order now". By doing so you agree to our Terms & Conditions, which can be found here: https://www.shopformen.nl/algemene-voorwaarden/. After clicking the button you will either be send to your payment method of choice or to a thank you page. After completing the payment, you will receive an automatic email with the order confirmation. Orders placed on workingdays before 4pm are processed and shipped the same day.

Payment Methods, Prices & Promotions

The following payment options are available: Paypal, iDeal, banktransfer, Bancontact, KBC/CBC, Belfius Pay, Sofort Banking, EPS, and Giropay.

Re-order or checking your order status

On our website you have multiple options to re-order or check the status of your previous orders. If you have made an account during checkout, the easiest way would be to login to your account at the top right corner of the screen. The link is labeled "My Account". Once you are logged in, you will see a menu with previous orders. If you didn't create an account, you can use the following link which is also at the bottom of every page: https://www.shopformen.nl/en/sales/guest/form/. You will have to provide your ordernumber, lastname and either your emailaddress or zipcode for the system to lookup your order. If you have questions, please contact customerservice and we are more than happy to help you.

Update account information

Updating your account information is easy. If you have an account, click the link at the top right corner which is labeled "My Account". Log in with our login information. On the left you will see a menu, click the link "account information" to change your account information. Or click "manage addresses" to edit your address. You can save multiple addresses if you like, for instance for friends or family. This is convenient if you would like to gift a friend or family member with a nice new sunglasses. You can easy select the address at checkout.
